This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver specialized post-sales assistance for software and/or hardware systems, subsystems, and applications.

• Provide support to customers or field personnel through telephone and remote diagnostic tools.

• Serve as the subject matter expert for intricate issues and act as the internal representative during critical escalations.

• Proactively analyze customer networks to pinpoint issues across software/hardware components, platforms, and protocols.

• Collaborate with management and teams to execute solutions.

• Independently manage complex problems of varied scope.

• May oversee labs, mentor junior engineers, and manage projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–6 years of experience along with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 4 years of experience with a Master’s degree or equivalent.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• Proficient in communication and effective use of office technology.

• Expertise in industry protocols, solutions, and customer situational management.

• Experience with software and/or hardware systems, subsystems, and applications.

• Familiarity with utilizing telephone and remote diagnostic capabilities.
