Medallia Platform Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee and set up the Medallia platform, including reports, dashboards, KPIs, and visualizations.

• Configure, test, and implement customer surveys and feedback programs.

• Manage Medallia Digital assets, including intercepts, tagging, and configurations for digital experiences.

• Collect requirements, conduct impact assessments, and provide business analysis assistance.

• Resolve platform, reporting, data, and integration problems across business and IT teams.

• Support the SaaS application along with the underlying ETL/ELT pipelines in Microsoft Fabric and IBM DataStage.

• Coordinate troubleshooting efforts with other IT teams.

• Develop and sustain HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and script-based configurations and enhancements.

• Conduct data validation, root-cause analysis, as well as SQL and database inquiries.

• Share expertise and maintain the Confluence knowledge base in a structured, LLM-friendly format.

• Complete assigned development tasks from start to finish.

• Create or update at least one knowledge base article each month.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in administering and configuring the Medallia platform.

• Experience in setting up Medallia surveys, reporting, and Medallia Digital.

• Familiarity with supporting ETL/ELT pipelines, preferably in Microsoft Fabric and/or IBM DataStage.

• Proficient SQL skills for data validation and root-cause analysis.

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Experience in gathering requirements and conducting impact assessments with business stakeholders.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.

• Capacity to work independently and quickly adapt to new challenges.

• Direct experience with the Medallia platform is crucial; candidates lacking this will not be considered.

• Familiarity with Atlassian Rovo is a plus.

• Experience in building MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers is highly advantageous.

• Experience in developing AI solutions using ADK (Agent Development Kit) is greatly appreciated.
