This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.
β’ Take full ownership of the end-to-end onboarding process for White Label Pro clients β from the initial kickoff to go-live and ongoing steady-state support β ensuring that all deliveries adhere to internal controls, regulatory standards, and client SLA requirements.
β’ Facilitate collaboration across various teams including Operations, Market Data, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Technology, keeping stakeholders aligned to a unified timeline and resolving dependencies without formal authority.
β’ Address operational challenges during client onboarding and change management. Identify root causes, redesign processes, and implement controls that withstand regulatory scrutiny.
β’ Develop the delivery playbook with clear, updated documentation that includes setup, configuration, sign-off, and handover β serving as the definitive source of truth and a reliable audit trail.
β’ Define and manage the QA framework for delivery, which includes checklists to verify the inflow and outflow of funds, test trades, and platform functionalities prior to client go-live.
β’ Navigate complex regulatory environments across multiple jurisdictions and regulated entities, collaborating with Compliance, Risk, and Finance to ensure that onboarding and ongoing operations fulfill all applicable obligations (e.g., CySEC, FCA, MFSA, SFC).
β’ Oversee the commercial cost-structure model for White Label Pro, including data feeds, brokerage fees, and trading costs β informing pricing strategies, margin assessments, and competitive positioning.
β’ Provide leadership with visibility into delivery KPIs, identify risks early, and communicate progress and economic insights to senior stakeholders.
β’ Continuously enhance the product by integrating structured client feedback into the engineering and platform development roadmap.
β’ Minimum of 5 years of experience in product or delivery leadership within an institutional brokerage, trading platform, or regulated fintech setting.
β’ A regulatory and control-oriented mindset β comfortable operating in environments where Operations, Market Data, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Technology intersect, and capable of translating those needs into operational designs.
β’ Operational diligence β a proven history of mapping complex processes, identifying bottlenecks, and transforming them into efficient, scalable operations.
β’ Subject matter expertise in brokerage operations, trading platforms, or capital markets. Familiarity with multi-asset products, fund flows, and the complete trade lifecycle is essential.
β’ Strong commercial skills β adept at constructing cost models, working with unit economics, and converting operational data into financial perspectives for senior leadership.
β’ Excellent cross-functional leadership β capable of aligning Operations, IT, Market Data, Compliance, Risk, and Finance to a shared timeline without formal authority.
β’ Documentation proficiency β regards Confluence (or a similar tool) as a vital deliverable, maintaining authoritative, audit-ready documentation.
β’ Strong communication abilities β capable of articulating complex operational and regulatory issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive audiences.
β’ Familiarity with collaborative tools β experienced in using Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira) or their equivalents.
β’ Proficient in written and spoken English.
β’ Residing in a European time zone β necessary for daily coordination with our operational hubs.
