📋 Description

• Take complete responsibility for your regional business plan to achieve new business objectives and enhance adviser engagement.

• Establish robust, long-lasting partnerships with financial advisers and firms within your region using a structured, data-driven methodology.

• Work in conjunction with Business Development Consultants and Support teams to ensure consistent performance across the region.

• Advocate for AJ Bell’s comprehensive range of investment options, including MPS, passive funds, and our award-winning platform.

• Deliver compelling adviser presentations, seminars, and technical sessions to highlight AJ Bell’s offerings.

• Supervise the onboarding process for new firms, guaranteeing a seamless and positive experience.

• Utilize tools such as Financial Express and Touchstone to uncover new opportunities and track performance.

• Maintain relationships with key investment partners and fund groups to optimize regional potential.

• Ensure that all activities comply with Consumer Duty principles and regulatory standards.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in a field-based sales or business development position within the investment platform or financial services sector.

• Strong network of relationships with IFA and adviser firms.

• Comprehensive understanding of platform propositions, SIPP, and investment solutions.

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Desirable).

• Familiarity with AJ Bell’s platform, investment solutions, and tools such as Bulk Dealing and Model Portfolios (Desirable).

• Exceptional planning, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
