Platform Associate Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Act as the main technical consultant for designated strategic customer accounts.

• Establish and nurture trusted advisor relationships with customer security teams and leadership.

• Comprehend customer security operations workflows, use cases, and business goals.

• Guide customer teams on Falcon best practices and techniques for threat hunting.

• Provide technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting support during the deployment of the CrowdStrike Falcon platform and its related applications.

• Assist customers in operationalizing all modules of the Falcon platform.

• Collaborate closely with customer information technology teams.

• Support Incident Response and Compromise Assessment teams with the deployment of Falcon and Falcon Forensics Collectors.

• Work in close partnership with the Professional Services team to create customer-facing materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field, along with 2 years of experience in IT deployments or an end user/customer environment.

• Fundamental understanding of software deployment technologies.

• Knowledgeable about Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.

• Proven experience in communication and the ability to foster collaborative relationships.

• Experience in presenting technical content to diverse audiences.

• Background in computer and network systems security.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capability to identify solutions to unique and complex issues.

• Proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing work and prioritizing customer projects.

• High motivation level; self-starter; results-oriented.
