This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
• Comprehend and execute the market strategy.
• Operate autonomously to cater to this type of customer while collaborating closely with colleagues throughout North America and globally.
• Establish a procedure to keep current CRM data updated.
• Recognize and implement strategies to enhance revenue through machine makers.
• Develop quick-mold-change options for sale via machine makers.
• Travel to machine maker sites to access end-user projects.
• Share and monitor leads with the Staubli sales team.
• Collaborate with marketing to produce a Staubli Solutions Overview and demonstrations.
• Formulate an annual budget roadmap.
• Prepare monthly reports and deliver a machine-maker overview presentation during sales meetings.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics or Engineering (Mechanical or Manufacturing/Industrial) or an associate degree with substantial injection molding experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in the plastics industry, particularly in injection molding, manufacturing, or related areas.
• Experience in Technical Sales or other customer-facing roles.
• Solid understanding and knowledge of plastic injection molding or related fields.
• Exceptional technical writing and communication abilities.
• Self-driven, proactive, resourceful, and capable of problem-solving with minimal supervision.
• Bilingualism is an advantage: Spanish, French, or German.
