This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Set up and configure diagnostic equipment at client sites
• Conduct preventive maintenance and system upgrades
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hardware, and software problems
• Accurately complete service documentation within deadlines
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service
• Manage installation schedules and assist with equipment modifications
• Adhere to quality, safety, and compliance protocols
• Travel 90% to client locations along the East Coast
• A bachelor's degree is preferred in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field of engineering
• 0–5 years of relevant experience
• Fundamental knowledge of electronics, electro-mechanical systems, and computer hardware
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Preferred experience in the installation of medical devices or laboratory equipment
• Preferred experience in servicing biomedical equipment
• Preferred experience in preventive maintenance
• Preferred experience in technical field service
• Preferred experience with healthcare diagnostics or laboratory instrumentation
• Travel expenses will be reimbursed according to the Expense Policy
