Plaintiff Property Litigation Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

• Support our dynamic and expanding practice.

• Manage litigation cases in state courts.

• Oversee the civil litigation process.

• Draft and review various legal documents, such as petitions and motions.

• Cultivate business acumen in conjunction with legal practice.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of litigation experience is required (preferably in civil litigation).

• At least one year of experience in litigation is necessary.

• Demonstrated experience in managing state court litigation (experience in federal court is highly preferred).

• Outstanding legal writing abilities, including skills in drafting petitions, complaints, motions, and briefs.

• A strong interest in developing business acumen alongside legal practice.

• Admission to the Iowa Bar is mandatory; having admission in additional jurisdictions is a significant advantage.
