Placement Specialist – Private Risk

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Promote all designated accounts

• Review and ensure adherence to marketing information standards

• Guide, mentor, and train the Marketing Analyst Team

• Conduct peer evaluations of marketing deliverables

• Oversee service delivery for designated accounts

• Formulate initial placement and renewal strategies

• Build and maintain relationships with insurance company partners

• Stay informed about carrier requirements, characteristics, and possess in-depth knowledge of at least one carrier

• Produce periodic reports

• Identify prospects for enhancing the firm, business segment, and internal processes

• Raise issues and discrepancies to the appropriate leadership

• Act as a mentor to fellow colleagues

• Execute special projects as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred and/or over 4 years of relevant work experience

• Previous experience in an agency setting is preferred

• Active insurance license is mandatory

• Must maintain all licenses required by the State Department of Insurance, or be willing to obtain necessary licenses within the first 90 days of employment

• Ability to foster strong relationships with insurance company partners and representatives

• Capable of analyzing benefit plans and offering suitable recommendations

• Ability to collaborate within a team and establish connections across various business segments of the firm

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

• Willingness to learn additional software systems utilized by the firm
