This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Identifying global opportunities by connecting interns with innovative companies across various industries and time zones.

• Steering discussions in virtual meetings to showcase our interns and emphasize the benefits of our internship programs.

• Fostering enduring partnerships by guiding companies in the intern selection process and offering support throughout.

• Employing smart sourcing techniques through LinkedIn, cold outreach, creative networking, and any effective methods.

• Ensuring placements remain on schedule by overseeing essential administrative tasks to facilitate a smooth and efficient process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English - no IELTS needed, but a score of 7.0+ is advantageous if available.

• Cultural sensitivity and flexibility - additional consideration for those who have studied, lived, or worked internationally.

• Residing in the Americas, Europe, or Africa (UTC -8 to UTC+2) to effectively cover US business hours.

• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or similar positions where persuasive skills are essential.
