Physician – Virtual Health Assessment, Bilingual in Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +15 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee and supervise nurse practitioners and physician assistants in compliance with state regulations.

• Deliver medical care remotely through phone, video, and messaging, adhering to Oscar Medical Group standards, practices, and policies.

• Collaborate with medical assistants, registered nurses, and other healthcare providers across different service lines.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

• MD or DO degree from a recognized medical school.

• Proficiency in Spanish.

• Must hold a full practice license in Tennessee and at least two of the following states: Missouri, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida.

• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states with assistance from our licensing vendor.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an outpatient family or internal medicine setting.

• Strong knowledge of risk adjustment methodologies, including HCC coding principles.

• Familiarity with HEDIS measures and their significance in quality improvement and performance assessment.
