Physician Reviewer, Medical AI Evaluation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes accompanied by questions, suggested answers, and distractor options related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate the accuracy and completeness of vignettes, the correctness and gradeability of answers, the quality of reasoning, and the effectiveness of distractors.

• Verify whether reasoning pathways lead to answers based solely on the facts presented in the vignettes.

• Revise reasoning paths and compose brief rationales.

• Engage in three independent blind readings and physician adjudication.

• Fulfill qualifications, join the project, submit tasks via the platform, and receive compensation for approved tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a medical degree (MD or DO).

• An active, unrestricted US medical license, verified during onboarding and re-verified monthly.

• Board certification or completion of residency training.

• Experience in direct patient care; attending-level experience is preferred.

• Extensive multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal medicine, family medicine, emergency medicine, or hospital medicine.

• Strong clinical reasoning abilities, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and the application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Proficiency in written English (C1+ level).

• Experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content review, exam-question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• Not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or individuals with non-clinical healthcare titles.

• Must reside in an eligible US state.
