Physician Reviewer, Medical AI Evaluation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes alongside associated questions, suggested answers, and misleading “trap” responses related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, accuracy and completeness of vignettes, correctness and gradeability of answers, as well as the quality of trap answers.

• Determine if reasoning chains arrive at conclusions based solely on the facts presented in the vignette.

• Correct reasoning pathways and compose concise rationales.

• Engage in three independent blind evaluations, followed by physician adjudication.

• Fulfill project qualifications, submit tasks via the platform, and receive payment for tasks that are approved.

⛳️ Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO).

• An active, unrestricted US medical license that is verified during onboarding and re-checked monthly.

• Board certification or completion of residency training.

• Experience in direct patient care; attending-level is preferred.

• Extensive multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal medicine, family medicine, emergency medicine, or hospital medicine.

• Strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and the application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Proficient written English (C1+).

• Previous experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• Must be a US-licensed physician.

• Not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or individuals with non-clinical healthcare titles.
