Physician Reviewer – Medical AI Evaluation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes along with associated questions, suggested answers, and misleading distractors related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, the accuracy and completeness of vignettes, the correctness and gradeability of answers, whether the vignette reveals the answer, and the quality of traps.

• Determine if reasoning chains derive answers solely from the facts presented in the vignette.

• Amend reasoning pathways and compose concise rationales.

• Engage in three independent blind evaluations followed by physician adjudication.

• Execute project tasks via the platform and submit them for approval.

• Enhance medical AI tools by evaluating written clinical cases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO).

• Active, unrestricted US medical license, verified at the time of onboarding and re-validated monthly.

• Board certification or completion of residency training.

• Experience in direct patient care; attending-level experience preferred.

• Extensive multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal medicine, family medicine, emergency medicine, or hospital medicine.

• Excellent clinical reasoning, including differential diagnosis, management steps, and adherence to evidence-based guidelines.

• Proficient written English (C1+).

• Previous experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• Not applicable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or individuals with non-clinical healthcare roles.
