This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes along with accompanying questions, suggested answers, and distractor trap responses related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, accuracy and completeness of vignettes, correctness and gradeability of answers, as well as the quality of traps.

• Determine if reasoning chains arrive at conclusions solely based on the facts presented in the vignette.

• Rectify reasoning traces and compose brief rationales.

• Operate within three independent blind evaluations followed by physician adjudication.

• Fulfill project assignments within the established timeline and specified acceptance criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO).

• Active, unrestricted US medical license, verified during onboarding and re-verified monthly.

• Board certification or completion of residency training.

• Recent experience in direct patient care; attending-level preferred.

• Extensive, multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Previous experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/QA is an advantage.

• Proficient written English (C1+).

• Not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or non-clinical healthcare titles.
