This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical electronic health record (EHR) vignettes alongside accompanying questions, suggested answers, and distractor options related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, the accuracy and completeness of vignettes, correctness and gradeability of answers, as well as the quality of distractors.

• Determine if reasoning pathways lead to answers based solely on the facts presented in the vignettes.

• Adjust reasoning pathways and compose concise rationales.

• Engage in three independent blind reads, followed by adjudication from a physician.

• Fulfill project tasks within the established timeline and acceptance criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO).

• Active, unrestricted US medical license, verified during onboarding and re-checked monthly.

• Board certification or completion of residency training.

• Recent hands-on patient care; preference for attending-level experience.

• Extensive multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and the application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Previous experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/quality assurance is advantageous.

• Proficient written English (C1+ level).

• This position is not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or non-clinical healthcare titles.

• Must successfully pass the qualification(s).
