This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage Frontier Radiology's physician recruitment operations.

• Establish the strategy and operational framework for comprehensive physician recruitment.

• Take responsibility for achieving hiring objectives across all sub-specialties and markets.

• Build and guide a team of recruiters and coordinators as the function expands.

• Create and sustain recruiting materials that genuinely reflect the organization's culture and opportunities.

• Lead the team's outreach efforts to practicing radiologists and residents.

• Manage Frontier Radiology's participation in regional and national conferences.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive compensation frameworks, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

• Cultivate a high-performance, candidate-focused team culture.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.

• Proven experience in physician recruitment and healthcare talent acquisition, with a minimum of 5 years in a relevant role.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish trust with highly educated and discerning professionals.

• Proven capability to develop and implement recruitment strategies in a fast-paced, high-growth setting with a significant degree of autonomy.

• Ability to function as a senior individual contributor in physician recruitment currently, with the leadership vision and capability to expand and build a team as the function evolves.

• Willingness and capacity to travel approximately one week per month.

• Experience in recruiting physicians, particularly radiologists or other imaging specialists, is advantageous.

• Familiarity with radiology sub-specialties, training pathways, and the competitive landscape for radiologist talent is preferred.

• Knowledge of physician compensation structures and practice models.

• Experience with an ATS and strong data literacy to monitor pipeline metrics and report on recruitment outcomes.
