This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist the Physician Recruitment Department throughout the recruitment process, marketing initiatives, and operational projects.
• Manage and refresh Salesforce to ensure up-to-date information.
• Produce reports for Operations Leaders regarding recruitment prospects and candidate pipelines.
• Supervise the various phases of candidate recruitment using the applicant tracking system.
• Input physician details and CVs into the tracking platform.
• Maintain job postings to ensure they remain highly visible.
• Conduct recruitment email campaigns and promote opportunities via recruitment databases.
• Work in conjunction with recruiters and directors to pinpoint high-priority opportunities and markets.
• Facilitate physician leads through mass texting, email outreach, and social media engagement.
• Lead, develop, and monitor Community Needs Assessment requests.
• Oversee the Recruitment Hiring and Practice Assistance process, which includes checklists, document assembly, signatures, and tracking progress.
• Manage internal communications via the corporate connect page and bi-weekly operations reports.
• Request and monitor builds in Salesforce.
• Provide tactical and administrative support for initiatives while adhering to deadlines and quality benchmarks.
• Create and present visual data representations to convey insights and trends effectively.
• Assist with content creation and scheduling for social media platforms.
• Act as the main contact for Physician Connect inquiries and develop market-specific pitch decks.
• Collaborate with operations and strategy teams on projects aimed at enhancing candidate sourcing and contract management efficiency.
• Partner with recruiters and directors as a project manager to establish business processes and procedures while achieving milestones and objectives.
• Attend conferences and physician events as necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Over 3 years of experience in healthcare operations, physician recruitment relations, or similar positions.
• Strong project management capabilities and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal, written, in-person, and virtual communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to cultivate and sustain effective relationships.
• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in time management and multitasking effectively.
• Capability to independently oversee tasks or projects from inception to completion.
• High level of integrity and ability to handle highly confidential information.
• Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Salesforce, particularly in report generation and enhancing analytical functionalities.
• Familiarity with webinar platforms and data visualization tools is an advantage.
