
Physician Recruitment Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Participate in conferences and physician events to oversee and manage event activities.
• Maintain and update Salesforce.
• Create reports for Operations Leaders regarding recruitment opportunities and the candidate pipeline.
• Supervise candidate recruitment stages within the applicant tracking system.
• Input physician details and CVs into the tracking platform.
• Manage job postings to ensure they receive maximum visibility.
• Conduct recruitment email campaigns and promote opportunities through recruitment databases.
• Work together with recruiters and directors to pinpoint high-priority opportunities and markets.
• Facilitate physician leads through mass texting, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
• Lead, develop, and track Community Needs Assessment requests.
• Oversee the Recruitment Hiring and Practice Assistance process, which includes checklists, documents, signatures, and progress tracking.
• Manage internal communications via the corporate connect page and bi-weekly operations reports.
• Request and monitor Salesforce builds.
• Provide tactical and administrative support for initiatives while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
• Design and present visual data representations to convey insights and trends.
• Assist with social media content creation and scheduling.
• Act as the main contact for Physician Connect inquiries and develop market-specific pitch decks.
• Collaborate with operations and strategy teams on projects to enhance candidate sourcing and contract management efficiency.
• Partner with recruiters and directors as a project manager to define business processes and procedures, as well as to achieve milestones and goals.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Over 3 years of experience in healthcare operations, physician recruitment relations, or comparable roles.
• Strong project management abilities with a capacity to handle multiple priorities.
• Outstanding verbal, written, in-person, and virtual communication skills.
• Excellent presentation capabilities.
• Proven ability to build and sustain effective relationships.
• Proficient in time management and multitasking efficiently.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
• Capability to independently manage tasks or projects from inception to completion.
• High integrity with the ability to maintain highly confidential information.
• Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Salesforce, including report generation and enhancement of analytical functionalities.
• Familiarity with webinar platforms and data visualization tools is a plus.
