This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Utilize all available resources to attract and recruit new radiologists.
• Collaborate closely with the Radiology Group to identify needs and gaps in staffing.
• Advertise and promote job openings as necessary.
• Represent the organization at events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance recruitment efforts.
• Conduct interviews with prospective radiologists.
• Work with team members to address staffing issues and operational deficiencies.
• Draft and implement Independent Contractor agreements.
• Support the Credentialing team in onboarding and addressing the needs of radiologists.
• Maintain regular communication with potential radiologists regarding any issues or concerns.
• Evaluate candidates’ computer and programming skills.
• Provide continuous support to radiologists as required.
• Report on recruitment activities and candidate pipeline status to the Teleradiology Department and Chief Medical Officer.
• Maintain a robust candidate pipeline with established metrics for each recruitment phase.
• Deliver biweekly updates on recruitment status to the Director of Talent Acquisition and CMO.
• Implement recruitment marketing strategies, including event participation and digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with Credentialing to ensure that new radiologists are onboarded and active within expected timelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, or a similar field of study combined with relevant experience.
• Minimum of three years of experience in recruiting or a related field.
• Strong analytical abilities and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and prioritization.
• Capability to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction among physicians, clients, employees, and administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Previous experience in recruiting radiologists or working within the radiology field is preferred.
• Familiarity with PACS systems is preferred.
