Physician – Primary Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional adult primary care through video consultations and asynchronous telemedicine (chat/triage), committing to 36 clinical hours each week.

• Serve a varied patient demographic including those covered by Medicare and Medicaid.

• Work in collaboration with a network of subspecialists spanning both medical and surgical fields.

• Utilize AI-enhanced workflows (such as Nabla scribe AI, automated routing, and integrated clinical notes) to optimize the time available for clinical decision-making.

• Contribute to the development of clinical guidelines, quality standards, and operational processes as an initial team member.

⛳️ Requirements

• MD or DO, board-certified in either Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in primary care settings.

• Possession of an active, unrestricted US medical license (multi-state is required; credentialing support will be offered).

• Extensive outpatient primary care experience — candidates should be seasoned clinicians with substantial expertise in ambulatory adult medicine.

• Must be eligible to treat Medicare and Medicaid patients (either currently enrolled or willing to enroll as a participating provider).

• Required to reside in the United States and provide all care from within the country.

• Proficient in using telemedicine platforms and technology-driven workflows. A DEA license is necessary for credentialing purposes.
