This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Collect and evaluate healthcare data from various sources, including internal clinical data, patient information, claims data, market demographics, external benchmarks, and more.
• Deliver comprehensive analyses for service line opportunities, financial enhancements, business and strategic planning, and business growth.
• Execute operational analyses concerning access benchmarking indicators.
• Examine, interpret, and assess financial and statistical information.
• Generate reports and recommendations aimed at enhancing business performance, financial reporting, and achieving organizational goals.
• Design and lead data collection, analysis, and storytelling for market intelligence projects.
• Compile and consolidate data from a variety of sources.
• Simplify complex systems for presentation to clinic managers.
• Aid in the development of business tools and processes that support strategic planning and growth initiatives.
• Integrate organizational data and reporting technologies with analytical tools.
• Establish and maintain a repository of reports, documentation, and standards.
• Generate data reports for internal system users.
• Support physician practice operations through analytics reporting tailored to physicians, covering quality, outcomes, and productivity.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Candidates must live and work full-time in AR, KS, MO, OK, or TX prior to their first day of work.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• 0–3 years of professional experience.
• Preferred experience in data analytics or strategic planning.
• Required experience in creating reports and conducting analyses using Epic and Excel.
• Familiarity with ICD-10, CPT, and DRG coding concepts.
• Understanding of market research and intelligence methodologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic healthcare setting.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Capability to translate analytics into practical process changes within physician practices and ambulatory operations.
