Physician Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Conduct virtual consultations with elderly patients and assess their medical histories.

• Identify health-related social needs (HRSNs) as part of the care planning process.

• Develop and modify care plans that assist Community Care Advocates in delivering community health support services to patients.

• Engage in asynchronous chart evaluations and escalations as necessary.

• Collaborate with partners at Papa Docs, including operational teams, to enhance workflows.

• As one of our initial physicians, your perspectives will play a vital role in shaping our workflows, refining our care model, and addressing operational challenges in real time. Your contributions will directly impact our growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid, unrestricted MD or DO license in good standing.

• Board certification in either Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

• An active Florida state medical license, along with Florida Medicaid credentialing and Medicare enrollment, is mandatory.

• Additional licensure or credentialing in other states is advantageous.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience post-residency.

• Prior experience in telemedicine is highly preferred.

• Availability to work a minimum of 8 hours per week for synchronous consultations on weekdays.

• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
