• Collaborate with medical students and physicians as they navigate their training and career choices.

• Assist students in planning for residency, understanding board certification, and meeting licensing requirements.

• Develop clinical expertise concerning medications and treatment methodologies applied in practice.

• Aid in the professional aspects of their journey, which includes resume evaluations, interview preparation, salary negotiations, and networking strategies.
