Physician, Medical AI Evaluation – Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Analyze clinical EHR vignettes alongside questions, proposed answers, and distractor options related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate vignettes covering cardiovascular, nervous, hematologic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, reproductive, musculoskeletal, and integumentary systems.

• Assess the quality of clinical reasoning, accuracy and completeness of vignettes, correctness and gradeability of answers, and quality of distractors.

• Determine if reasoning chains lead to answers based solely on facts provided in the vignette.

• Revise reasoning pathways and compose brief rationales.

• Engage in three independent blind evaluations followed by physician review.

• Complete tasks by set deadlines and adhere to acceptance standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US-based, actively practicing physician with an MD or DO degree.

• Hold an active, unrestricted US medical license, confirmed by the issuing medical board.

• Possess board certification or have completed residency training.

• Recent experience in direct patient care is preferred; attending-level experience is ideal.

• Have extensive multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Demonstrate strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and the application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Previous experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam question review, or medical annotation/quality assurance is advantageous.

• Excellent written English skills (C1+ level).

• This opportunity is not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or individuals with non-clinical healthcare roles.
