Physician, Medical AI Evaluation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes along with associated questions, suggested answers, and distractor trap answers related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, accuracy and completeness of vignettes, correctness and gradeability of answers, and quality of traps.

• Determine if reasoning chains derive answers solely from the facts presented in the vignette.

• Correct reasoning paths and compose concise rationales.

• Operate within three independent blind reviews, followed by physician adjudication.

• Fulfill project assignments within the established timeline and acceptance criteria.

• Complete required qualifications, join a project, carry out tasks, and receive compensation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently practicing physician with a medical degree (MD or DO).

• Active and unrestricted US medical license, verified during onboarding and re-verified monthly.

• Board certification or completion of residency training.

• Recent experience in direct patient care; attending-level preferred.

• Extensive multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and the application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Previous experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam question review, or medical annotation/QA is an advantage.

• Proficient written English (C1+).

• Not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or individuals with non-clinical healthcare titles.
