Physician, Medical AI Evaluation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes along with corresponding questions, suggested answers, and misleading distractor answers related to diagnosis and treatment processes.

• Evaluate benchmark items for the accuracy and completeness of vignettes, disclosure of answers, correctness and gradeability of responses, and quality of trap answers.

• Determine if reasoning chains derive answers solely from facts presented in the vignettes.

• Revise reasoning paths and compose concise rationales.

• Engage in three independent blind reads, followed by adjudication from a physician.

• Fulfill project-specific tasks within acceptance criteria during active project phases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a medical degree (MD or DO).

• An active, unrestricted US medical license, verified at onboarding and reassessed monthly.

• Must be an actively practicing physician.

• Board certification or completion of residency training is required.

• Recent experience in direct patient care; attending-level experience is preferred.

• Comprehensive, multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Excellent clinical reasoning skills, encompassing differential diagnosis, next-step management, and the application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Strong command of written English (C1+).

• Prior experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam question review, or medical annotation/QA is an advantage.

• Not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or individuals holding non-clinical healthcare titles.
