Physician, Medical AI Evaluation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes alongside questions, proposed answers, and misleading answer options related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, accuracy and completeness of vignettes, correctness and gradeability of answers, as well as the quality of distractors.

• Determine if reasoning leads to the answer based solely on the facts presented in the vignette.

• Document correct reasoning pathways and compose brief rationales.

• Operate within three independent blind reviews followed by physician adjudication.

• Fulfill project tasks in accordance with the established timeline and acceptance criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO).

• Active and unrestricted US medical license, to be verified upon onboarding and re-verified monthly.

• Board certification or completion of residency training.

• Recent experience in direct patient care; attending-level experience is preferred.

• Extensive, multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Strong clinical reasoning abilities, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and knowledge of evidence-based guidelines.

• Proficient written English skills (C1+ level).

• Previous experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/quality assurance is an advantage.

• Not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or individuals holding non-clinical healthcare titles.
