Physician, MD/DO – Medical AI Evaluation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes alongside associated questions, proposed answers, and distractor trap answers related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, the accuracy and completeness of vignettes, the correctness and gradeability of answers, and whether vignettes provide answers, as well as the quality of traps.

• Determine if reasoning chains lead to answers based solely on vignette facts.

• Correct reasoning paths and compose concise rationales.

• Engage in three independent blind reviews followed by physician adjudication.

• Fulfill project tasks within the established timeline and acceptance criteria.

• Enhance medical AI tools by assessing real clinical complexities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be an actively practicing physician with either an MD or DO medical degree.

• Possess an active, unrestricted US medical license, verified during onboarding and re-checked monthly.

• Must reside outside the United States.

• Hold board certification or have completed residency training.

• Have recent direct patient care experience; attending-level experience is preferred.

• Demonstrate extensive, multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Exhibit strong clinical reasoning capabilities, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and the application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Proficient in written English at a C1+ level.

• Submit CV in English.

• Must successfully pass qualification(s).

• This position is not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or individuals with non-clinical healthcare titles.
