Physician MD/DO – Medical AI Evaluation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes along with associated questions, suggested answers, and distractor trap answers for diagnosis and treatment tasks

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, the accuracy and completeness of vignettes, the correctness and gradeability of answers, as well as the quality of traps

• Determine if reasoning paths lead to answers based solely on vignette facts

• Correct reasoning pathways and create brief rationales

• Engage in three independent blind reads followed by physician adjudication

• Fulfill project tasks within the specified timeline and acceptance criteria

• Successfully apply, pass qualifications, join a project, complete tasks, and receive compensation

⛳️ Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO)

• Active, unrestricted US medical license, confirmed at onboarding and re-verified monthly

• Currently practicing as a physician

• Board certification or completion of residency training

• Recent direct patient care experience; attending-level preferred

• Extensive, multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine

• Excellent clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and the application of evidence-based guidelines

• Proficient written English (C1+ level)

• Previous experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous

• Not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or individuals with non-clinical healthcare titles
