Physician MD/DO – Medical AI Evaluation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes alongside questions, proposed answers, and distractor “trap” answers related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, accuracy and completeness of vignettes, correctness and gradeability of answers, and quality of traps.

• Verify if reasoning chains derive answers solely from the facts presented in the vignette.

• Correct reasoning traces and create concise rationales.

• Operate within three independent blind reviews, followed by physician adjudication.

• Fulfill project tasks within the designated timeline and specified acceptance criteria.

• Apply, pass the necessary qualifications, join the project, complete approved tasks, and receive payment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO).

• Active, unrestricted US medical license, verified during onboarding and re-checked monthly.

• Currently practicing physician.

• Board certification or completion of residency training.

• Recent direct patient care experience; attending-level preferred.

• Extensive, multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and adherence to evidence-based guidelines.

• Experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/QA is a plus.

• Proficient in written English (C1+).

• Not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or individuals with non-clinical healthcare roles.
