Physician MD/DO – Medical AI Evaluation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes alongside questions, suggested answers, and distractor trap answers related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, the accuracy and completeness of vignettes, the correctness and gradeability of answers, and the quality of distractors.

• Determine if reasoning chains arrive at answers solely based on facts presented in the vignettes.

• Correct reasoning traces and provide concise rationales.

• Engage in three independent blind reads followed by physician adjudication.

• Fulfill project-based tasks within specified timelines and acceptance criteria.

• Dedicate approximately 10–20 hours per week during active project phases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a medical degree (MD or DO).

• Active, unrestricted US medical license, verified upon onboarding and re-validated monthly.

• Currently practicing as a physician.

• Board certification or completion of residency training required.

• Recent experience in direct patient care; attending-level practice is preferred.

• Extensive, multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and adherence to evidence-based guidelines.

• Proficient in written English (C1+ level).

• Previous experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• Not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or individuals in non-clinical healthcare roles.
