This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Assist MHC Physician Network Administration in the development, implementation, and management of physician/provider compensation arrangements throughout the system.

• Facilitate the physician contracting process by engaging with staff, administrators, and physician stakeholders.

• Create and uphold systems and controls to guarantee that physician payments are processed timely, accurately, and with proper authorization.

• Oversee physician compensation arrangements to ensure ongoing compliance with regulations.

• Administer the annual compensation review process.

• Formulate standardized compensation models and parameters for adoption across the system.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, business administration, human resources, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of three (3) years of proven experience in compensation analysis is required.

• Relevant experience in data analysis, finance, human resources, or provider relations may be accepted in place of formal compensation analysis experience.

• Employees must be vaccinated or possess lab-confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and Varicella.

• Employees are required to receive a flu vaccine during the flu season of their hiring year and annually thereafter, or obtain an approved medical or religious exemption.
