This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.
• Recruit and place designated or referred healthcare professionals (HCPs) to assignments across the U.S.
• Develop and sustain a pool of qualified HCPs within your assigned specialty area.
• Collaborate with your team to coordinate candidate presentations tailored to the specific needs of clients.
• Establish long-term relationships with HCPs for continuous assignment opportunities.
• Implement strategies to attract viable HCPs from various sources by seeking and generating referrals.
• Promote current and upcoming locum tenens opportunities to prospective HCPs.
• Build and maintain an active network of working HCPs and a consistent pipeline for future business.
• Conduct screenings and evaluations for potential candidates in accordance with our company's and client's standards.
• Keep candidate and HCP information, sales pitches, and additional communications updated in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Ensure all necessary documents are attached in the ATS.
• Develop marketing strategies to attract new candidates who convert into working HCPs.
• Negotiate rates with necessary parties to uphold acceptable profit margins.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to HCPs as well as internal and external clients.
• 1-3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, which includes inside/outside sales, sourcing, qualifying, networking, and relationship building, or a comparable level of sales experience, preferably in a healthcare staffing context.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel (with knowledge of pivot tables and formulas), Calendar, Teams, and Windows-based database systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills alongside effective phone presentation and excellent customer service abilities.
• A robust sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Capable of problem-solving and negotiating rates effectively.
• Strong written, verbal, and phone communication skills.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred in business, healthcare, or related fields, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience sufficient to perform the essential job functions successfully.
