
Physical Therapist β Telehealth, Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Deliver evaluation, treatment planning, and rehabilitation services to injured workers utilizing secure telehealth technologies.
β’ Create and supervise personalized, evidence-based treatment programs aimed at restoring function and enhancing work capacity.
β’ Provide services directly through virtual patient interactions or in collaboration with an onsite Physical Therapist Assistant.
β’ Track progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and ensure seamless continuity of care throughout the rehabilitation journey.
β’ Effectively instruct and guide patients in exercises, home programs, and educational resources.
β’ Maintain transparent communication with patients and referring physicians regarding the patient's care plan and progress.
β’ Treat colleagues, patients, families, and others with dignity and respect.
β’ Graduate or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
β’ Active California PT license required (or license in progress).
β’ Strong work ethic and commitment to patient success.
β’ Proficient in MS Office and patient management software.
β’ Familiarity with physical therapy office management systems and procedures.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
β’ Outpatient experience is preferred; however, new graduates are encouraged to apply!
