Physical Therapist – Telehealth, Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver evaluation, treatment planning, and rehabilitation services to injured workers utilizing secure telehealth technologies.

• Create and supervise personalized, evidence-based treatment programs aimed at restoring function and enhancing work capacity.

• Provide services directly through virtual patient interactions or in collaboration with an onsite Physical Therapist Assistant.

• Track progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and ensure seamless continuity of care throughout the rehabilitation journey.

• Effectively instruct and guide patients in exercises, home programs, and educational resources.

• Maintain transparent communication with patients and referring physicians regarding the patient's care plan and progress.

• Treat colleagues, patients, families, and others with dignity and respect.

⛳️ Requirements

• Graduate or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Active California PT license required (or license in progress).

• Strong work ethic and commitment to patient success.

• Proficient in MS Office and patient management software.

• Familiarity with physical therapy office management systems and procedures.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Outpatient experience is preferred; however, new graduates are encouraged to apply!
