This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, mission-oriented technical solutions that support federal modernization efforts.
• Oversee and maintain Physical Access Control Systems (PACS) across various field locations.
• Manage and troubleshoot Gallagher and C•CURE PACS platforms.
• Oversee the supporting Windows Server and SQL Server infrastructure.
• Provide technical support for field sites and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity challenges.
• Assist with ePACS deployments, automation processes, and environmental maintenance.
• Coordinate with the ePACS team to troubleshoot on-site hardware issues.
• Support the ePACS database infrastructure and ensure field-site connectivity.
• Document recurring issues, the steps taken to troubleshoot, and the resolutions provided.
• Applicants MUST BE US Citizens and must be capable of obtaining Public Trust clearance.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in administering and troubleshooting Gallagher and/or C•CURE PACS.
• Proficiency with Windows Server and SQL Server.
• Familiarity with networking, field hardware, and system connectivity.
• Experience in supporting system deployments, maintenance, or automation tasks.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Practical experience in supporting physical access control systems.
• Capability to independently support field sites and navigate technical issues.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Experience with Lenel physical access control systems (preferred).
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices (preferred).
• Experience in supporting distributed or remote field-site infrastructure (preferred).
• Relevant PACS/ePACS certifications (preferred).
