This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the maintenance of our current codebase that supports hundreds of thousands of users on a daily basis.
• Develop and integrate new features with a focus on delivering significant impact and value to our users.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience with PHP, JavaScript, and HTML.
• Comfortable working with large codebases and familiar with the latest tools and technologies.
• Experience in at least one of the following frameworks: VueJS, React, or AngularJS (we utilize VueJS).
• Strong understanding of code versioning tools, particularly Git.
• Capability to write and optimize complex SQL queries.
• Familiarity with Redis and queue systems.
• Able to work across multiple codebases and platforms.
• Competence in writing clean code with adequate test coverage.
• Ability to create scalable applications.
• A self-motivated individual with a problem-solving mindset, capable of thinking outside the box.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• A sense of personal accountability.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages is an advantage (NodeJS, Golang, Ruby).
• Familiarity with any PHP framework is beneficial (we primarily use Laravel).
• Understanding of ElasticSearch is a plus.
