PHP Development Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the development of essential platform features for both backend and frontend.

• Write and assess production code utilizing Laravel, PostgreSQL, and Angular/TypeScript.

• Design and oversee database architecture, ensuring data integrity and efficiency in a multi-tenant SaaS setup.

• Work closely with Product teams and Technical Project Managers to convert functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Identify and resolve intricate issues across various systems, including editor state management, data persistence, and rendering.

• Set and uphold development standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines within the team.

• Engage actively in code reviews, technical design discussions, and the mentoring of developers.

• Over 6 years of relevant experience in the industry.

• Proficient in conversational English.

• Experience in leading teams.

• Extensive experience in PHP backend development.

• Background in frontend development with Angular/TypeScript.

• In-depth understanding of database design and modeling, preferably with PostgreSQL.

• Familiarity with working on multi-tenant SaaS platforms.

• Capability to operate across the complete stack, both backend and frontend.

• Strong debugging and complex problem-solving abilities.
