This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Perform high-precision manual image editing focused on single tasks and pixel-perfect masking.

• Modify images by adding, removing, or replacing objects; altering colors, textures, and materials; changing backgrounds; editing text; and implementing overall style modifications as per instructions.

• Maintain all non-target elements, such as background details, surrounding objects, layout, perspective, scale, lighting, grain, and scene composition.

• Develop and apply 8-bit grayscale PNG edit masks, with white indicating the edited area and black denoting the preserved area.

• Create accurate placement guides and ensure that local edit regions cover at least 0.88% of the total image area.

• Deliver clean, full-resolution PNG/TIFF files that align with source dimensions.

• Fill in all required metadata fields.

• Detect and promptly report any ambiguous instructions, missing assets, policy concerns, or impractical requirements.

• Engage in onboarding, review project guides and documentation, and start tasks with initial QA support.

⛳️ Requirements

• B2+ proficiency in English.

• Availability for the specified shifts (8/23).

• Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Nuke, or similar professional image-editing software.

• Strong understanding of layer management, non-destructive editing, perspective matching, and color grading.

• Capability to integrate edits flawlessly without seams, halos, distorted geometry, repetitive patterns, or lighting discrepancies.

• Absolute prohibition on the use of AI tools, Generative Fill, AI inpainting, neural filters, auto-segmentation, or AI-generated metadata; all edits must be conducted manually.

• Proficiency in creating 8-bit grayscale PNG edit masks and accurate placement guides.

• Ability to deliver full-resolution PNG/TIFF files that match source dimensions.

• Capability to provide layered PSD or Nuke scripts upon request during audits.

• Competence in completing required metadata fields, including Task ID, source/output IDs, editor ID, licensing status, provenance, and timestamp.
