Photography Partnership Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +9 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance ECS Wholesale partnerships across the West Coast region.

• Recruit and onboard new partners for the Referral Partner Program (RPP).

• Identify potential growth opportunities for CSP and software licensing within school photography and yearbook organizations.

• Establish long-term relationships with companies in school photography, studios, yearbook organizations, and related service providers.

• Travel to conferences, partner sites, and industry events to recruit and strengthen partnerships.

• Collaborate closely with ECS Marketing and Partner Operations teams to enhance onboarding materials, landing pages, guides, and resources for partners.

• Liaise with partners regarding pricing, services, software features, production capabilities, and operational escalations.

• Provide monthly updates on: • Partnership pipeline growth • Revenue growth • Partner retention • Forecasted revenue opportunities • Regional market trends • Competitive intelligence

• Established relationships within the school photography or yearbook sector.

• Experience in managing partnerships or business development initiatives.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Background in yearbook, photography, or school service organizations is preferred.

• Willingness to travel throughout the West Coast region.

• Strong organizational skills and accountability.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
