• 0-3 years of experience in photo research, editing, or a related discipline, ideally in an editorial or creative environment.

• A robust portfolio that demonstrates your skill in creating engaging visual stories.

• Proficiency in Photoshop and a working knowledge of industry-standard applications such as Figma or similar software.

• Practical experience with digital asset management systems and associated workflows.

• Capability to articulate creative choices effectively to non-technical audiences.

• A keen eye for identifying and rectifying visual or factual inaccuracies in images.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities seamlessly.

• A collaborative team player who enjoys working with a variety of cross-functional teams.
