Pharmacy Technician – Telehealth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to members to present Medication Therapy Management (MTM) services and additional commercial programs beyond standard MTM.

• Engage with members, prescribers, and pharmacy providers to improve care coordination and support the Star ratings initiative.

• Handle incoming calls from members to initiate MTM or other CEC services.

• Perform comprehensive medication interviews over the phone and log medications as part of the MTM Program.

• Ensure effective communication with clients, providers, and internal personnel regarding CEC programs and their outcomes.

• Stay updated on regulations pertaining to CEC programs.

• Acquire a thorough understanding of the member experience with Navitus Clients and how the CEC enhances health and wellness.

• Adhere to all relevant HIPAA and CMS regulations.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.

• Valid Pharmacy technician license/certification as mandated by state regulations.

• Prior experience as a Pharmacy Technician.

• Experience working as part of a multi-disciplinary team is preferred.

• Familiarity with relevant data privacy laws and practices is preferred.

• Understanding of healthcare industry standards and HIPAA regulations.

• Actively participate in, adhere to, and support the objectives of the compliance program.

• Ability to consistently engage cooperatively and respectfully with fellow employees.
