This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Deliver first contact resolution for state eligibility programs over the phone, including Medicaid and SNAP.
• Input client information into the system.
• Help clients comprehend their rights and responsibilities concerning appeals.
• Confirm eligibility and summarize case activities.
• Manage daily tasks from assigned queues and incoming documentation.
• Support the pharmacy in general operations as a resource for program assistance in a patient- and healthcare-provider-focused setting.
• Collect prescriptions from various sources to review and ensure required information is complete.
• Process prescription prior authorization requests.
• Provide tier 1 and tier 2 support while collaborating with the escalation team and floor agents on problematic orders.
• Address healthcare provider and patient issues as a priority to ensure timely shipping of orders.
• Handle telephone inquiries and complaints using established scripts and procedures.
• Gather information from callers to resolve issues.
• Communicate suitable resolution options.
• Investigate and address complaints.
• Refer complex inquiries and complaints to senior-level Call Center Representatives.
• Complete corrective actions that necessitate secondary reviews.
• Contribute to Conduent’s essential services and solutions provided for Fortune 100 companies and government entities.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent educational background.
• Must be willing to undergo pre-employment screening and drug testing.
• Must have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States, without the need for visa transfer or sponsorship.
• Must hold a Certification as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Prior experience in clerical/customer service roles is required.
• Experience as a Pharmacy Technician is necessary.
• Comfortable adhering to established processes and protocols.
• Strong skills in customer service, communication, and problem-solving.
• Experience in managing escalated customer concerns and complex issues.
• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently.
• Capable of multitasking and managing time efficiently.
• Attention to detail, grammar, and spelling is essential.
• Proficient in computer systems with data entry and database documentation experience.
• Availability from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST.
