Pharmacy Technician – Medication Authorization Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the authorization process for outpatient medications that fall under the pharmacy benefit.

• Liaise with healthcare providers and insurance payers to address and resolve authorization challenges.

• Monitor and follow up on any outstanding authorizations.

• Maintain adherence to payer guidelines and documentation requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or its equivalent.

• Current Idaho Pharmacy Technician Registration.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) designation.
