Pharmacy Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Assist Medicare Advantage programs by addressing gaps in care.

• Focus on three specific medication adherence metrics for diabetic members.

• Conduct over 100 outbound calls daily within a call center setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• Must possess CPhT (PTCB) / ExCPT (NHA), RMA / CMA certifications.

• Medical Assistant certifications such as NCCT, AAH, and NAHP are not recognized.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.

• 2–5 years of experience in pharmacy and significant outbound calling.

• Previous call center experience is essential.

• Capability to make 100+ calls each day.

• Strong command of English; bilingual candidates should be proficient in a second language, with Spanish, Mandarin, Korean, Cantonese, and Vietnamese as advantageous options.
