Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) – Multi-State Sterile Compounding

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Act as the appointed Pharmacist in Charge (PIC)

• Execute the duties associated with the PIC designation

• Evaluate and authorize licensing applications, renewals, and regulatory documents

• Collaborate with the pharmacy operations and compliance team to ensure ongoing adherence to regulations

• Engage in periodic discussions related to the Board

• Address compliance-related issues

• Offer expert advice

• Recognize matters that necessitate follow-up or corrective measures

• Assess and approve licensing documents, operational policies, and regulatory replies prepared by the internal team

• Valid, unrestricted pharmacist license in the relevant state
