Oregon Pharmacist-in-Charge, Multi-State Sterile Compounding

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Act as the appointed Pharmacist in Charge (PIC)

• Carry out the duties associated with the PIC designation

• Evaluate and authorize licensing submissions, renewals, and regulatory documents

• Collaborate with the pharmacy operations and compliance team to ensure ongoing adherence

• Engage in occasional discussions related to the Board

• Address compliance issues

• Offer professional advice

• Recognize issues that require follow-up or corrective measures

• Assess licensing documentation, operational policies, and regulatory replies prepared by the internal team

• Dispensing tasks are managed by the current pharmacy staff
