Pharmacy Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Engage with Medicare members to promote medication adherence and help resolve refill obstacles.

• Support customers in placing orders related to healthcare programs.

• Address retail pharmacy-related inquiries and assist with additional initiatives as necessary.

• Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy to a diverse clientele in a dynamic customer contact center.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a resident of Alaska, Florida, Idaho, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, or Washington.

• Hold an active Pharmacy Technician license in your state of residence.

• Have over 1 year of experience in a customer service setting.

• Demonstrate proficient to advanced PC skills, including familiarity with MS Windows-based applications.

• Capable of completing all necessary training programs.

• Required to have a verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.

• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

• Previous experience in a call center is preferred.

• Prior experience working remotely is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows-based applications and MS Office is preferred.
