
Pharmacy Client Engagement Project Manager – Large Complex National Accounts

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and oversee workflow processes, including tracking intake, assigning resources, managing deadlines, and ensuring compliance with SLAs.
• Facilitate collaboration between Large Employer Market consultants and the Pharmacy Consulting team in areas such as financial modeling, PBM contracting, clinical strategy, and other related services.
• Supervise financial modeling activities, encompassing standardized model application, training, peer review, and quality assurance.
• Create and uphold standardized project plans, timelines, and communication protocols.
• Ensure that work products are properly documented, version-controlled, and stored in centralized repositories.
• Coordinate workflows for PBM contract reviews.
• Assist in the maintenance and ongoing enhancement of RFP templates, tools, and procurement methodologies.
• Monitor clinical strategy initiatives and the development of intellectual capital alongside clinical and financial subject matter experts.
• Evaluate project performance, identify potential risks and bottlenecks, and implement effective solutions.
• Generate reports and dashboards that detail team capacity, project status, turnaround times, and performance metrics.
• Support leadership in resource planning, workload balancing, and capacity forecasting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Project Management, or a related field, along with 4–7 years of relevant experience.
• Relevant background in project management, operations management, or pharmacy consulting support.
• Experience in managing complex projects, workflows, or operations within a consulting or professional services setting.
• Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
• Proficient in utilizing project tracking tools and methodologies.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams/SharePoint.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred: previous experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), pharmacy consulting, or healthcare consulting.
• Preferred: familiarity with financial modeling processes and quality assurance/peer review frameworks.
• Preferred: experience in supporting RFP processes, contract review workflows, or procurement initiatives.
