Pharmacovigilance Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Executing tasks as outlined in weekly work planning meetings.

• Collaborating with the Pharmacovigilance Managers and Team Leaders to adhere to a defined plan.

• Assisting in the local and global literature screening on a weekly/monthly basis.

• Translating adverse events and quality complaints from Turkish to English.

• Inputting cases into the database system and producing formal reports.

• Aiding in the follow-up of safety alerts.

• Ensuring that the reconciliation process is consistently conducted with clients.

• Maintaining the continuity of Pharmacovigilance activities in the absence of a Pharmacovigilance Specialist.

• Adhering to the principles of data integrity, confidentiality, and personal data protection, as relevant.

• Actively pursuing professional and personal development and participating in pharmacovigilance-related training sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Pharmacy (Mandatory).

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both English and Turkish (MANDATORY).

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Pharmacovigilance.

• Background in pharmaceutical companies is a plus.

• Familiarity with the healthcare/life-sciences industry is advantageous.
